Summary
Body Control refers to the ability to manipulate one's body. While this has many potential uses that could be described infinitely, typically these abilities describe things such as prehensile limbs/attachments (tails, hair, etc), natural weapons (claws, extendable teeth, etc), or even minor shapeshifting abilities to alter a piece of the body, such as creating weapons out of a hand. It can additionally be used for less combatant things, such as maintaining the ability to bend the body impossibly or control limbs after they have been removed from the nervous system.
