Summary
Regeneration is the ability to rapidly heal from damage and wounds, restoring the user to their optimal state at an extremely fast rate. This ability is different from Healing due to the fact that i happens unconsciously without the need for activation, meaning the user will constantly and passively heal ot their optimal health.
Regeneration has several different levels, starting at a faster rate of healing from small wounds, going all the way up to complete conceptual destruction.
