Many D&D characters can induce sleeping on their foes.

Sleep Manipulation is the ability to induce, manipulate, alter, halt, or otherwise change the sleep of an opponent in some way. Users typically do so through toxin, magical effect, or mental ability. Rarely is this combat applicable, as it typically manipulates the target whilst they are already sleeping. That said, a few examples can induce a sleep-state mid-combat.

Possible Uses

  • Sleep Inducement
  • Astral Projection
  • Dream Manipulation
  • Sleeping Consciousness (in which the user is naturally awake even while sleeping, and can wake up fully at will)
  • Sleep Blocking
