I hate this, I did all the work and then my laptop was kicked because honestly why not. So now time for a pissed off calc. This guy makes mud. Let's calc it.

So we have mass. Now we need speed. You know, the actual hard part that took me a long time before my computer was savagely attacked.
Using a frame by frame analysis tool and with this gif (captured from the video), we see the attack start at the 19th frame and impact comes a bit later. By frame 22 it has moved considerable distance. We can then compare that to the Hunter's roll, which was at 30 mph and going the same way.
The area travelled was 16.96 feet for the Hunter.
That compared to the background means the Jyuratodus head is roughly three meters long, and the distance travelled for the mud is 356.37 cm compared to the Hunter's 112.26 cm.
Jyuratodus' mud goes 318% faster. 95.4 miles per hour.
