We have a fair few feats from Episode 45, so we'll look into all of them. Hopefully, this will give the following...
1. A size for Master Moo
2. An AP baseline for the technology of the verse

The Size of Master Moo[]
So, we know pixies are roughly human-sized. We'll be using all of these images for reference. So... 177 cm for pixie. Comparing get us 92.5 cm for the length of Moo's eye.
Using the other images, comparing Lilim's height of the head (23.9 cm), Duraham's head height is 70.72 cm. The height of Duraham from knee to head is 281.22 cm. Comparing to the radius of the bronze circle, we get 762 cm. Double this for a diameter of 1524 cm. Comparing again, diameter of the semi-spheres on wings (larger ones) is 27.1 meters. Finally, comparing gets us a wingspan of 710.68 meters. Width of the play button is 35.59 meters (used for scale). Now that we have some sizes, let's compare. Master Moo is 357.93 meters tall in this image (the one where he stands over the wreckage of Duraham's aircraft).
Considering he is completely solid, this size should warrant an 8-B to 8-A rating based on size alone, since he was destroying Duraham's aircraft before the explosions started (the plane is, as said, 710.68 meters long).
So! We'll say his size is a supporting "feat"- as even in his weakened form he was superior to low Tier 7s.
Explosions from Aircraft[]
The aircraft cause a neat little explosion. Let's get a radius for that and thus establish an AP with base-weapons for technology in the verse.
We'll compare to the YouTube play button since it has constant size and is in frame. Like we said above, it's 35.59 meters wide. Comparatively, the explosion's diameter is 1245.98 meters, meaning a radius of 622.99 meters.
According to this, that's Town level (specifically, 11.25 kilotons of TNT). The interesting thing about this, Moo tanks this casually while weakened, as does Duraham. More evidence of Town level High-Tiers. Woot!
